**Supervisor Information – About Me & Services**

I am **Alafeya Bailey, LCSW, LISW-CP**, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor, as well as the owner of **Pearls of Wisdom & Wellness, LLC**. I provide virtual therapy and clinical supervision services to individuals and social work professionals across Virginia.

My clinical approach is rooted in a strengths-based, client-centered framework, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and systems/ecological perspectives. I have extensive experience working in school-based settings, community mental health.

As a supervisor, I am committed to fostering a supportive, structured, and growth-oriented learning environment. My supervision style emphasizes clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, diagnostic formulation, and confidence-building for emerging clinicians. I provide guidance in areas such as treatment planning, documentation, case conceptualization, and preparation for licensure exams, including the LCSW.
